In the state of Vermont, there is a law that states "It is illegal to whistle underwater." If the law was still enforced today I wonder how the police would know if we whistled. First of all I didn't know that you could whistle underwater. And why would this law need to be enforced. But don't you need air to whistle? So maybe this law was banned because someone tried and suffocated? I honestly am stomped. If you know why this law was a law or if you can whistle underwater let me know in the comments below.
