Today I got a little farther in coding. I also worked on my elevator speech
Before today I was still practicing coding and trying to plan out my game and how I was going to make. Today I was starting to add features for my game so I can have it done by March 15. I also contacted a company called CokeM and I asked for advice and how I could make my game better. I contacted them because I saw they made a major video game involving fitness and I wanted to see if they could help me. I am going to try to contact a company like Microsoft and Sony to see if they could allow my game on there system. If not it most likely will be an app.
In genius hour 2.0 I am trying to make a product that kids can play that can so they can get exercise as a reward for there accomplishments in games. Right now I am coding and practicing coding so it can help me understand how to code when I make my game. It will probably be an app or game on the computer. I like what I'm doing because this is a big step to help other kids other then myself. I've always did things for myself and I think this could help me help other kids more and that it could make me a better person. I love this idea and I love it because kids will be able to benefit from it more then me.
In genius hour I was really nervous to start because I didn’t understand it that much until week three. I didn’t really like researching because it was hard to find things that could be used for a baseball and I was really confused at times. The thing I liked the most was making the presentation. I liked putting the picture behind the words and putting very few words done. All in all I really didn’t like this project at all. There was a lot of things I would’ve changed and I hated how we had to present but I think it was a good thing to do on Friday because it wraped up the week.
The first time I ever touched a baseball when I was 2 years old. I dropped it on my foot but ever since I've always loved baseball. When I was 4 years old my brother taught me how to play baseball. As i got older I practiced I got better and better I tried out for a team. I made it but we weren't good. The next year we were okay but still not good. The next 2 years we went 62-4. I kept practicing and practicing until I got better and better until I was the best on the team. But I still kept practicing and lived up to my passion
