How and why did the first werewolf legend start, and how has it been retained and changed over time?
In the state of Pennsylvania it states "Any motorist who sights a team of horses coming toward him must pull well off the road, cover his car with a blanket or canvas that blends with the countryside, and let the horses pass. If the horses appear skittish, the motorist must take his car apart, piece by piece, and hide it under the nearest bushes."
If this law was still around today in the United States a lot of people would have to take their car apart around a ranch, but every where else it would safe to drive without worrying about a team of horses. I love wolfs, their my passion. My love of wolfs started about when I was 5, it started when I first watched the discovery channel. One of the reasons that I love wolfs is because their so much like us in so many ways, for example they live in family's/packs and care for each other. An other reason is that not only do they care for each other but they protect each other, an other example would be that a male wolf would protect a pup even if they weren't related and they were in the same pack if a intruder came to close to their den, also the hunters bring back food and spit it up ( gross ) for all the pack members even tho not all of them are related. The alpha male is the only one that can have pups in the pack unless they give permission to have pups to the other males, even if the alpha doesn't give permission they take care of his pups for him, in some packs their are levels or grades for the wolfs and they can only breed with the same grade or one grade under them. If you love dogs you should like wolfs, the reason being the first dogs were domesticated wolfs. Those are just some of the reasons that I love wolfs.
