My genius hour project was on how to do the splits. I chose this topic because have seen different people doing it.And I have a neighbor who really inspired me to do the splits . When I started off with the splits I had to get information but it was really hard to get the right information that I needed. Then when I got all of my information I started to practice the stretches that I need to work on to get my splits. I didn’t get my splits in time so I got a friend of mine to do it for me so then I can take pictures. After that I took the pictures I had made a website and I put all of my information that I had.And lastly I had to make sure everything was spelled correctly. I got all of my resources by asking people in school that are very flexible in my grade which are Abby,Tzarria, Georgia. They helped me a lot through my process. The success in my process is that I had know problem with taking pictures it was sort of easy to get the right angle that I wanted. Taking the pictures were easy to do by doing it in the hallway on told of a chair. The problems that I had faced where I couldn’t get into my splits and that didn’t work out as I thought it would. And the second problem was making the website it was really hard to make and get everything how I wanted it. Making the website was one of the hardest things that I had to do. What I would do differently next time is that I would practice more than what I did in order to do my splits. Another thing is that I would want to get a little more information on how to do the splits. I am thinking on doing for my next round for genius hour is probably going to be photography or DIY’s.
