Airport
By:Sona Cherian Today was the day when he was coming back. I felt my blood pumping with excitement. I couldn’t wait to see him again. Today was the day he would be coming back from Canada. It was June 6th, 2010 last day of second grade. My alarm went off at 7:00 am and I was excited because he spent a couple years in India and Canada and it felt like forever since I last saw him. We skyped everyday I was glad I got to see him an hour a day but the hour felt like 5 minutes. The first thing I did was wake my mom and brother up. Then my mom checked on his flight. We headed off to school I was imagining how it would feel to see him I was too busy day-dreaming that I didn’t pay attention to anything that was happening. The next thing I knew was the day was over. As I got off the bus I ran home after I said “bye” to my friends. My mom was making the final preparations for him to come home. Me and my brother cleaned our room and our mom’s room. We got stuff for him because he didn’t really have lots of clothes. It was finally time to pick him up. I was really excited but at the same time nervous I could feel my hands trembling. I felt my blood still pumping but this time it was because I was nervous we got in the car and rode away. I wore a dress that was pretty long I was nervous because I didn't want to make a fool out of myself in front of him. An hour later we were at the airport during the car ride my mom got a call from him and he said “I am off the plane and i’m waiting at the exit” said quietly because he didn’t want to disturb anyone. It was an exciting feeling thinking that this would be the last time I would hear him on the phone before I could see him face to face. It was finally the moment of truth we were waiting in the car “I just saw him” my mom told us but I couldn’t see him. I was as hot as if I was sitting on the sun. My mom got out of the car to help him put his stuff in the trunk. I was trying to look over my seat but I couldn’t see so I felt really short. Then he got in the car and there he was my dad the first thing he did was laugh but then. Right away I knew I didn’t like him I loved him. How has different drawing techniques changed over the years?
In the state of Louisiana it states that "A fire truck has to stop at every red light". If this law was still enforced today in the United States more people would be endangers because if there was a fire the fire trucks would stop and take more time and and people would be trapped in the fire. And if there was traffic they wont make it in time to save the people trapped and it would take them a long time just to get to the people if there was an emergency. If this law was still here more people would die and the fire trucks wouldn't make it in time to help save the people.
My passion is drawing because ever since I was younger I have been been watching YouTube video's. I love SoCraftastic and AnneorShine and most of all Bethany Mota they have all been my inspirations. Drawing is a good way to express your feelings and you can be very creative and you aren't told what you can and can't do. When I draw I always don't stop until I finish. My best type of drawings is mostly 3D fonts and animals. When I have nothing to do I draw because drawing is fun to do. Drawing is being creative and is also very exciting. My dad also is creative and artistic he can made anything from scratch. Without drawing I wouldn't be creative. When you draw you can have a say in what you draw and you can talk through pictures. Drawing has been my passion and will be forever.
